Qing has over 30 years experience in system integration and contact center solutions and held senior technical leadership positions for several industry leading companies.

 

He has successfully led and completed a large number of different types of contact center projects, ranging from multi-year roadmap development, solution health assessment, operations performance evaluation to architecture design, system integration, solution implementation and deployment, and cloud migration.
